Publishing in UQ Research Solutions – The basics.

UQ Research Solutions is for industry and business, for the academic community, for research students and for the wider community. It is a self-directed web publishing system that allows users to easily publish details about themselves. Publishing your details online can be done in three easy steps:

  • Step 1. Read the Help files

UQ Research Solutions has published a comprehensive set of help files online. These can be accessed by clicking on the link below. You should open the link in a new window and refer to it as required.

  • Step 3. Edit your profile

Your default profile contains minimal information and is not published online. Follow the online instructions and fill the missing details for your profile. Note that profile changes require Approval by a school administrator personel, i.e. the changes you make are subject to approval and are only published online once they are approved.

3.   Some pages include a set of boxed instructions. The information given is clear, simple and easy to follow. Make sure you take to time to read it.
4.   Each of the links (boxed in red for your convenience) represent categories that can added (some exceptions) to the navigation menu on the left-hand side of the screen of your online profile (see online profile screenshot below). The help files define each category in details.
