Students of the School of Tourism are encouraged to join the Tourism Student Association (TSA). The Association provides a forum for the student community to interact with social, academic and professional development opportunities.
Membership is available to all School of Tourism students. The Association is dedicated to all undergraduate, postgraduate and RHD students who have a professional or academic interest in tourism, hospitality, sport, leisure and event management.
The Tourism Student Associations’ core goals are to create a support system for students and to offer and highlight professional development opportunities. A calendar of proposed events is produced annually, featuring a range of activities such as seminars on resumé writing and interview skills, guest lectures, and work experience opportunities in related industries. The Association also offers a range of exciting social activities that focus on building strong friendships within the student community.
